First Attempt at an AI Daily Note

This newsletter (US Daily Macro) mirrors my human approach to writing daily notes 25 years ago. It's entirely "Vibe Coded"—I haven't written a word of code myself.
First attempt at an AI Daily note...

When I started, I'd read the news, review economic data and market reactions, then rush out a note before traders arrived at their desks.

The logic flow here is similar, with simplicity as the goal. Like many graduates, it can make silly mistakes. But I hope RoboMacro learns 10x—maybe even 100x—faster than the average graduate.

There's no "human in the loop.", its running as YOLO so I have had stories such as "Fed cuts eye". I'll correct errors after the fact to prevent recurrence, so this is Beta Mode until Jan 2026.

So how is it "vibe coded"? Well I can code, but no longer need to. I think for another year or two at least, solid knowledge of a tech stack remains important to build not just the newsletters but the entire platform I have here. But I directed this with Grok code 90% of the time, and then where it got hopelessly stuck, I used Claude 4.5-sonnet to fix the mess. Grok is 50x cheaper, and its this pricing at a high quality that makes RoboMacro.com viable for free.

In some ways, the newsletter should stay near consensus (like most economists...). It aims to map the landscape and prep readers for the trading day ahead. However, in a few months, it will review 100,000 (maybe 1 million) charts daily, thousands of models, and produce far more complex, independent output—perhaps even a medium-term running narrative, as seen from sell-side economists.

Once several country dailies run independently, I'll raise complexity with weekly, then quarterly notes, and a sophisticated strategic outlook. This remains a part-time effort, as I still run a recruitment business...

My goal: deliver institutional-quality insights to all investors, including retail, for free.

As this is an MVP, please bear with errors and share your thoughts and ...concerns
