1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use the site:

• Email address when you sign in, subscribe to newsletters, or pay for a product
• Name and message content if you use the contact form
• Newsletter and product preferences you choose in your account
• Billing records from our payment processor (amount, currency, status, last four digits of the card, card brand such as Visa or Mastercard, and billing email). We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or PIN data on our servers
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate, secure, and count use of the site

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

• Provide research, newsletters, accounts, paid digital subscriptions, and featured job listings
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds
• Send transactional mail (sign-in links, receipts, subscription changes)
• Send newsletters you opted into, which you can stop at any time
• Respond to contact requests and support, including Visa and Mastercard disputes
• Measure traffic and keep the service reliable

3. Payments (Visa & Mastercard)

Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor (Airwallex) for ROBO MACRO LTD. Card data is entered on the processor’s checkout pages. RoboMacro never receives or stores your full primary account number. Payments on robomacro.com are processed by ROBO MACRO LTD in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

The processor may collect billing name, address, and card details as required to complete the charge, meet card-network rules, and detect fraud. Their own privacy notices apply to data they hold.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and count unique visitors. Google Analytics is used to measure hourly and daily traffic. First-party event tracking helps us understand which pages are used.

You can block cookies in your browser. The site may then not remember a login or some settings.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Payment processors for Visa, Mastercard, and other accepted cards
• Email delivery providers that send sign-in links and newsletters
• Analytics (Google Analytics) for aggregated traffic counts
• Hosting and infrastructure vendors that store our application and logs
• Card networks, banks, or regulators when required to handle a dispute, refund, or legal request

6. Data Security and Retention

We use HTTPS and industry-standard controls on our servers. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Card data security is handled by the payment processor under PCI DSS.

We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, dispute, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep
• Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time
• Cancel a paid subscription or featured job listing; see the Returns Policy and Refunds Policy

Residents of the UK, EEA, and similar jurisdictions may also have rights to restrict processing, object, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

8. Children

RoboMacro is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the bottom will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.

10. Official Macro MCP (ChatGPT / Grok / Cursor)

The Official Macro MCP at mcp.robomacro.com is a read-only service. It does not require a RoboMacro login for the public ChatGPT / Grok / Cursor connector.

What we log: tool name, series_id or calendar/job filters, timestamp, cache hit/miss, deny hits, and coarse client IP for rate limits. We do not need your ChatGPT or Grok conversation text to answer a tool call.

What we do not collect via this MCP: payment cards, featured-job checkout, sale-gate warehouse queries, FRED redistrib dumps, Cboe option chains, or LPPL board scans.

Data returned: official statistical figures already published by public agencies, plus public robomacro.com desks (hawk/dove, Taylor, inflation, calendar, elections, payrolls, oil, note titles and URLs, finance jobs listings). Attribution or a page URL is included on every payload. Apply for jobs on robomacro.com/jobs. The MCP does not set advertising cookies.
